4. User Media & AI-Generated Content

If you choose to upload or share photos, descriptions, or other content on RIDE ID, you may be invited to give explicit consent for RIDE ID to use that content for promotional purposes, including content created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools. This may include image enhancement, automated captions, or visual storytelling features. Content used in this way may appear on RIDE ID’s website, social channels, or promotional materials.

You will always be asked for permission before your content is used for these purposes. If at any point you wish to withdraw your consent, you may contact us and we will remove your content from future use.

5. Your Choices and Controls

You may:

Edit or delete your profile and ride information at any time
Control whether your ride is publicly viewable
Unlink social media or website links from your profile
Opt out of promotional communications

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms. Deleted data may be retained in backups for a limited time.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it.

9. International Users
